Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 2026
This Refund Policy applies to the one-time hosting fee (currently $19.99) paid by a commissioner to create and run a pool on REDZONEPicks.app. It does not apply to any entry fee, buy-in, or prize money a pool's commissioner and players may arrange among themselves - those arrangements are outside the Service, and REDZONEPicks.app has no role in and cannot refund them.
1. What the Hosting Fee Covers
The hosting fee covers the ability to create and run one pool on REDZONEPicks.app for a full NFL season, including the playoffs - unlimited players, all scoring formats, and all commissioner tools. It is a one-time charge per pool per season.
2. Refund Window
You may request a full refund of a pool's hosting fee within 7 days of purchase, provided that the pool's season has not yet begun (i.e., before that pool's Week 1 games have kicked off). Once Week 1 has kicked off, or once more than 7 days have passed since purchase, the hosting fee is no longer refundable, since the pool has had the opportunity to use the full season of the Service.
3. Accidental or Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same pool, or believe you were charged in error, contact us via the Contact page with your pool name and the email used at checkout, and we will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge.
4. Technical Problems
If a technical problem with the Service itself prevents you from creating or using your pool, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue or, if it cannot be resolved, issue a refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send a refund request through our Contact page, including the pool name and the email address used when paying the hosting fee. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
6. Questions
If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies for a refund, contact us via the Contact page and we'll help sort it out.
